STORYLINE: Crewmen Stephan couldn't shake the feeling he was being watched. The cargo freighter USS Charon was dead in the water near the Scheol Nebula. Unless he could find the problem and make the necessary repairs, he was stuck until help arrived. And since that could take years, it was up to him to fix it, no matter how much his skin crawled as he ventured deeper and deeper into the heart of the dilapidated spaceship. His stomach growled angrily. He hadn't been feeling well since he ate that lousy dinner on a passing freighter a month ago. "Never Again," he swore under his breath. No sooner had he opened a hatch in the floor, then something flew out and attached itself to his face. He screamed and clawed at it, gagging and thrashing wildly. Something going down his throat! But it was too late, a paralytic venom was already slowing his movements. His vision was blurred as a dark shape loomed over him. It knelt beside him, saying “Shhh, shhh..." and stroking his hair. Tears rolled down his eyes. What was it? It looked alien, but human too. The creature’s sharp claws were caressing him like a pet. "I know it hurts, my poison will kill the foreign food-born egg growing inside you." His limp body was picked up like he weighed nothing. The alien carried him to a hole melted in the ship's hull, and judging from the leaking fuel lines, this was most likely the cause of the engine failure. Another ship was attached outside. It's black surface gleamed and seemed alive with pulsing green goo in its biomechanical veins. "We are going to a safe place," his capturer said, "Nothing will ever hurt you again as long as you are with me."

ALIENS! HORROR! Necrotize is a unique event full of things to haunt your nightmares. This image was inspired by the tale of Hades and Persephone with an Aliens twist. On the Alien is the super cool Giger outfit by Somnium. It comes with an infection BOM tattoo which I combined with the Human Glitch Ncthr tattoo. The haunted Syrre Eyes are by Petrichor and have so many options, its great. Poor Stephan is wearing the Krova Animesh Facehugger, and Antaya Incubator attachment. I discovered it works on male and female avis that wear a layer alpha. His outfit is Orther by Asteroidbox. It has support for many mesh bodies, male, female, and the Mait flat like I used here. The gorgeous setting is Level 03 by Varonis. All these awesome items are at Necrotize, and there are gifts too in the Green Eggs.

Beauty and the Beast

STORYLINE: The Beast was cursed for turning a blind eye to those in need. Though the doomed prince's lesson had long since been learned, he suffered on in his monstrous form. He dared not show his hideous face. It was during these lonely years the Beast developed a love for roses. He spent his days toiling in the garden, nurturing and breeding them into masterpieces of horticulture. Why? Because if he himself was not lovely to behold, surely he could still bring beauty into the world with sheer will.

Tale as old as time, Beauty and the Beast. It's one of the best, and most loved of the fairy tales. This current round of Enchantment is the finale. It was fun to do my own take on the Beast. I went more toward a big lion look with the Alice Project Leah hair, BareRose Konkon legs, By Snow's Werecat eyes, and the [ni.ju] Dusk neko makeups. From Enchantment, I'm showing the cool wire and rose Beast Horns by May's Soul. It comes in either white or black, and has a texture change for the two rose groups on the horns. Love it. For a clever and original take on the Beast, C L A Vv delivers the Jagal Masque. It comes in metal and bloody. And it's a Prize! That's right, just buy anything along the Enchantment trail, wear your stamp card and get it stamped at each location, then you can head to the Prize area to pick up a goodie. (Be sure to only wear one stamp card at a time when you collect prizes.)  Maybe can't see it too well in this image without enlarging it, but I am wearing what I called "Bishie Sparkle" from the no. 7 Beast Rose Enchantment prize. It has a collar made of hearts and also fun the sparkle attachment.

From the current round of the Fantasy Gacha is the Reverie outfit. I love the details on the shirt! So cool, and belt, sash, holster, and gloves are also really wonderfully made. Guys, you need to not miss this round of the Fantasy Gacha. There are several seriously badass outfits for the men. ...Ok, enough talk, run hurry! *roars*

The Pleasure Palace: Welcome to Cursed

STORYLINE: As the ex-A.N.G.E.L was led under guard to the dungeon, a sudden swarm of bats attacked. He had never seen such a thing in his whole life. But these were not normal bats, they were huge! In the chaos, he made a break for it. Plasma blasts were fired at him, but he didn't stop. Suddenly an enormous black form landed in front of him. Giant bat wings spread out blocking his path. "You are quite difficult to find Lost One. However after the stunt you pulled on live television, it was only a matter of time we find you." The A.N.G.E.L stumbled backward in shock. "Wait, you're a vampire?" He turned, and looked behind him. Other vampires were attacking Kujo's guards too. "But I don't understand," he shook his head. "I thought I was the only one left. How is this possible! There isn't enough pure human left in the world, how do you feed?" The white haired vampire smiled warmly, "There is much to talk about, but perhaps at a more opportune time. Come, we will take you home to the city of Cursed. You are welcome to stay with us as long as you like."

The moment I saw the preview picture of the Marquise bed by Kalopsia, I knew I had to have it! Can you believe it's only 100L at the Baroque round of Genre? Run go get it! It's a no brainer! The canopy is 7 land impact, the bed is 20, and it's mod. It has single and couple pg poses. Next to the bed on the right is the Coffin Couch, also by Kalopsia. Seriously, every vampire needs one of these babies. The back side has a pall bearer bar and handcuffs. lol It's 8 land impact, comes in adult or pg, and white, tan, or black, and you can mod it. It was from ROMP that ends today but should be moving to the main store soon. Also from ROMP, to the left of the bed, is the Frogstar Solitary Satisfaction Bench that will work perfectly in a gothic or baroque bedroom. It's 2 land impact, comes in either white/silver or black/gold, and it's mod. It has pg and adult single poses for men and women. The rest of the room are goodies I have collected over time for my bedroom. The rich red rug is part of the Evendim set by Senzafine that was at World Goth Fair. The candelabra are from the Gothic bedroom set from Akaesha's ReACT Castle Gothica Bedroom Suite. The candles on the floor are by Mesh Nation, it's original mesh with full perms. Providing the soundtrack to the spooky goings-on is the Contraption Orchestrion: Haunted Maze music box which I tinted red to match the room, lol. The red curtains came from the Gothic Gaslight Chaise by Snowbound. The castle is Poetica's Ivy Tower dark. ... I am wearing a fantastic crimson clock by Junbug from a past Fantasy Gacha. I played that thing so many times to get the red. lol The hair is one of those rare ones that work on both guys and girls. The bat wings are by Remarkable Oblivion. The mask was a wonderful gift by LNS from World Goth Fair. Under the cloak I am wearing the Red Phamton by Rokumeikan. 2065: Carpe Noctem 2

STORYLINE: The Cursed A.N.G.E.L. thought he was well on his way to securing a hit song bound to attract an Eden. But his plans were foiled by a stupid pretty boy named NicNack. The guy was a rocking an retro-80s style as if he was born back then, and most likely was judging by his bleached pallor. The jerk stole his thunder when he whipped out a rival song targeting Edens called, "Your Blood is Mine." It shot straight to number one crushing his fledging effort. Oh how he hated that prick Nic.

Part two in the 2065 rock wars. This post was inspired by the outfit. When I put together the pieces, it reminded me of someone, so I went with it! lol NicNack is wearing the new California shades by Remarkable Oblivion available at the second year anniversary of the Men's Department. So many wonderful things are there, including the Cruising mesh gloves by O.M.E.N. The violet jacket and pants are both by No Salvation. You can score the jacket in the Sinister Goth Hunt. This month's theme is Vanity and the color is purple. Lots of fun things in this hunt. These awesome pants in a matching purple are in the 25 for 25 Hunt. Nic's hair is a wonderful subscriber gift from Argrace. The keytar is from Standby Inc's World Tour gacha. It comes in 2 versions, one that you rez and one you wear that triggers a playing animation. The Creeper shoes are unrigged mesh by Sugar. The Nova chair with materials by Trompe Loeil was from the space round of Collabor88. I looked all over for a link to where you can find it, but sadly it turns out to have been an event exclusive. The Dark Creature Kevin skin by Tableau Vivant was also an event exclusive to the Fantasy Collective. I took a gamble combining it with Glam Affair's newly released Horror/Frost series appliers for Slink hands and feet. They cost 95L each. It was close, but not close enough. The guys will have to wait for more Tableau Vivant Slink appliers to be released. This image was taken at the Reactor Room in Insilco.

FutureWave: Eden Rescue

STORYLINE: By the time he had given up all hope of finding the Lost Eden, his skin had bleached pure white from lack of blood. He was ready to die. His dust would become a part of this barren world. But then a strange android wearing cat ears suddenly showed up. She belonged to the Lord of the North. She could not speak, but he could tell she was special, like an intelligence was behind her actions. She showed him an image of where the Lost Eden was being held captive. Ah-ha! The reason he could not find her, was because she not on Mars at all, but in orbit above it! The Lord of South had no idea what kind of violence a starving vampire was capable of, he wasted no time launching an attack. During the battle, the terrified Eden made a desperate attempt to escape. She was shot in the leg, slipped, and fell off the platform into the vacuum of space. He shrieked and dove after her.

Update: FutureWave has been a great success. It is now closed, and plans are being made already for it to inspire our visions of the future next year!

I am wearing new additions to FutureWave by Unsung. The crown, jaw, and chest plate all come in either white, black and white, or black. There several material zones you can tint different colors. Each mesh piece you edit for a good fit. One of the newest items said male/female but I want to explain it's for a specific character. However, if you have a male on female shape avatar, it should work. My eyes are a wonderful new creation By Snow. It's a contact lens that fits over your eye. There are layers of animations you can tint different colors. Very cool and only 25L. While you are there, don't miss the free gold Circuit nails. Going with my bleached theme, is the wonderful new skin by Tableau Vivant available at the Fantasy Collective. All four skins for sale there are fantastic colors, like the greatest hits from T.V.'s fantasy line, but updated for the new Kevin line. This cool eyebrow by Nuuna is so goth, so Siouxsie Sioux. I've been dying to use it for while now and finally got my chance. It's tricky to make the top brow nice and smooth, you may need to tweak your head shape and brow shape to wear it. The blood and bruises are by Lovely Disarray. They show up so nice on a pale white skin. Love it. Items I am wearing once more for the FutureWave finale are: the Epia group gift arm band, gorgeous hair by Argrace, free halo by Amelie Barbour, the white version of the Blue Falcon undersuit, grey version of the Miamai Tinker Taylor boot, the Vrsion glove, and the neck corset for men by Etchaflesh, and bleached a snowy white Death Row Devine wings.

Fulli is wearing 3 awesome things for girls from FutureWave.  Pink Fuel has an Alabaster skin with strong dark brow, several makeups, and appliers. MV's Frozen Shadenfreude Skirt has a wonderfully detailed texture, and it works great with the new Graves outfit Velocity. Both outfits come in multiple colors. Her hair is the spunky style Cookie by Wasabi Pills, and this pose is by F*cking Ninjas. For blog purposes, I flipped Fulli around in this pose facing forward. I hope you all enjoyed the phototelling series for FutureWave. We worked very hard to do so much in so very little time.

Little Red Riding Hood: Part 1

STORYLINE: Little Red Riding Hood wanted to visit her grandmother. She insisted she didn't need anyone to go with her. She not was a baby anymore. “Alright Little Ms. Big Hood," her mother smiled, "Don't talk to strangers, and stay on the path.” Reveling in her newly won freedom, Little Red Hood came upon the most interesting butterflies fluttering in a flower patch. They were red, her favorite color! She had a wonderful idea to catch a few to show her grandmother! She giggled and laughed as she chased the butterflies. Unknown to her, she had attracted the attention of something monstrous hiding in the woods.

Enchantment has begun with 50 designers bringing new and awesome creations under the theme Little Red Riding Hood. This is my favorite of the Grimm fairy tales. Little Red's outfit has a great authentic German maiden vibe. The rigged mesh hood and hair by Ayashi worked perfect for the historical look since that is closer to the original "Little Red Cap" version. Junbug delivers once more a fantastic historical design in new Rotkappchen. The dress comes in three different colors. Completing the outfit with a wonderful historical feel are the socks and flats by Enfant Terrible. The socks texture can be changed. The shoe and ribbons you can get in several different colors, not just red. The basket by ANC has butterflies that animate when you touch them. The basket comes in several different colors. The Big Bad Wolf is Niramyth Productions's Wolfkin. This avatar is amazing, worth every penny. The base comes with everything you see here, ao, emotes, and 3 color versions. Hair can be added and removed. A new female version of Wolfkin has just be released. I highly recommend these avis for any werewolf fans. Enchantment runs Feb 1st - 28th.

RMK Halloween: Nosferatu

STORYLINE: As you walk through RMK Gothic on your way to buy items for a Halloween party, you begin to feel something is not quite right. Trick-or-Trickers wandering the sim have very convincing Halloween costumes. You wonder if those are really costumes, and that vampire looking couple..., they aren't really drinking blood, right?

RMK Halloween has begun! Your challenge in the newest RMK quest game is to make right sweet treat for the right ghost. Ingredients to cook rain down from the sky. Try to combine three of them to create a dessert. Once you have successfully baked a treat, find the ghost that loves your cooking, (even if you made toxic candy!) Stumped? Ask the pumpkins, ghosts, and skulls around the sim for clues. Sometimes they drop hints, other times they say funny things. Sinistrati and the Masks of Secret Societies

STORYLINE: Ludovico Sinistrati the First was the Grand Inquisitor of the Vatican in the 15th century. Sinistrati is most well known for writing the bible on Demonology, especially the Incubus and Succubi. But what is not known is how he came into this knowledge. It all began on a mission to purge pagan secret societies and their hedonistic rituals.

STORYLINE: Members of the secret societies wore masks to hide their true identity. Wearing his own mask, Grand Inquisitor Sinistrati infiltrated their sinful organizations. Much of their confessions under torture were the basis of Daemonialitate et Incubis et Succubis.

You are our hope, our messenge in a bottle. Please understand we are desperate people. We are not so different from you. We are your sisters, brothers, wives, husbands, daughters and sons. This place is not a paradise, it is a prison. We have done nothing to deserve this punishment. The mushroom you consumed was watered with powerful blood of our noble elder Maximilian. Wrath dropped it in the human world while on a scouting mission. We are the reason you are here. You are now both Human and Dark. Unlike everyone else, you may freely enter and exit Cursed at will. We will safely take you to the gates of Cursed. We ask for your forgiveness, and please tell the human world about us who are the lost and forgotten."

World Goth Fair: A Storm is Coming....

STORYLINE: As a Deathhead Scout, my only job is to radio in when I spot forbidden acts of darkness. It's the Deathhead Hunters that swoop in and take out the trash. They really enjoy their job too. There are hardly any Darks left among the human population in 2023. But despite this, the little dears are restless. The so-callled "Bats" have left the tower on their self-appointed holiday, World Goth Day. I better keep a sharp eye out for troublemakers!

It's time to get your Goth on! World Goth Fair has begun. Walking around the World Goth Fair, comments I get most often about this outfit I am wearing are: "Omg. Your skin, who is it?" "Cool headphones," and "LOL! Cloud!" First, let me say this new skin by Tableau Vivant is fantastic. I am wearing Nathan tone 14 which has a shiny metal look to it. Love!  The headphones are by Down Down Down and come with a color change hud so you wear them with all kinds of outfits, they are super cool and fun to experiment with different colors! The Wearable DOOM Cloud by Weather or Not is my new favorite pet. Giving some loves to men is LooLoo with a cool casual Goth outfit in mesh that includes hoodie, short, and boots. My jewelry is by Chaos, Panic, and Disorder. This necklace looks so great when you wear it, you will love it. And like all of CPD jewerly you can mod it and change colors like I did here to make a blue tint. Speaking of blue, how about the glow in the dark demon eyes by Rue, and glam rock blue eyeshadow from Marilyn Manson-ish Shock Rocker pack by Songbird?  Love!  The batwings are a free gift from Coco. RMK Gothic Bunny Hunt: CAT WAR "The Pinks"

STORYLINE: "The bitter rival of The Cards gang is The Pinks," the White Rabbit continued. "The Pinks get their moniker for their psychedelic pink and purple stripes. The Cards could easily wipe out these housecats, except for one thing. The Pinks have access to The Nip. You see, by groveling at the foot of humans, The Pinks are assured of an endless supply of catnip. They are the drug lords of Wonderland. All Cards are addicted to Nip, especially Fangs who looks high with that big creepy grin of his. According to secret agent Easter, The Pinks leader Snookums is rumored to have the ability to shrink or enlarge someone by adding a concoction to their food or drink. Persons who displease this pampered puss end up a tasty meal, or turned into a wearable trophy."

The Cheshire mesh pants and Alice lower necklace from Sheep Door also come with a fun raccoon dog like mesh tail. Pants come in both male and female. The bag by WTG has a color change eyes, a Humpty Dumpty keychain, and Alice in Wonderland book on the inside. It's is from last year's Bunny Hunt but the good news is you can buy both the black and tabby versions at the WTG, not too far from the where the prize machine book is. RMK Gothic Bunny Hunt: CAT WAR "The Cards"

STORYLINE: The White Rabbit sipped his tea as if he were collecting his thoughts. Alice whipped out her notepad, her pencil hovering, ready to scribble down everything the White Rabbit said. "There is trouble brewing in Cheshire," he began slowly. He pointed to secret agent Playmate. "She works in the casinos. The Cards gang controls all the gambling in Wonderland. They are vicious alley cats. Their leader is rumored to have the power of invisibility. But this devastating skill has a flaw, he can not hide his teeth. The last thing many an indebted gambler sees is the terrifying grin of 'Fangs.'"

STORYLINE: As Alice was strapped down into the guillotine, the White Rabbit burst into the room and whispered something in the Queen's ear. As he talked, her face grew redder and redder. She stormed over to the Jack of Spades and whipped back his long bangs, revealing a tale-tell smudge of strawberry jam on his cheek. "Come on," the White Rabbit untied Alice, and grabbed her hand. "Wait! Who are you? Why are you suddenly so big? Where are you taking me? Do you know tallhat?" "Not now," he grumbled, and looked around nervously. Then in a burst of speed, he dragged Alice behind him. In the distance, she heard the Queen bellow, "Off With His Head!"
