The Little Fountain Visitor

STORYLINE: A mist rolled slowly into the sleeping village. Tomorrow would be a buzz of activity during the summer festival, but for tonight the air was calm with only an occasional cricket chirp, or croak of a lonely frog. Stalking silently in the tall grass was the Little Lion, protector of the village. It was hard work keeping the rats away so the big event would run smoothly, but quiet moments like this made it worth it for the tiny fierce hunter. She sprung up with ease on top of her favorite place, the rock water fountain in the garden. From her perch, the Little Lion surveyed her territory. Then smiled in her own catlike way for a job well done, and took a drink.

Dream of the Little Kuro Oni

STORYLINE: A kite sailing high above the summer festival hid a tiny passenger. The Kuro Oni was small, but ambitious. He practiced everyday throwing shuriken and training. As he spied on the villagers below, he saw two clever kistunes trying to pass themselves off as humans. They were holding a contest to find the strongest man of the village. They were promising the winner a fabulous prize. He wondered what mischief they were up to, but with them having strong magic, he couldn't help but daydream the kitsunes might make his dream come true. He wanted more than anything in the world to become a celebrated Ninja like his big brother.

Zombie Apocalypse!

STORYLINE: Everybody makes fun of the country boy until the zombie apocalypse.

Level up ends today! Don't miss this badass Swaggaa chainsaw. The Zombie Chewer comes with a hud to draw and sheath. It has sound effects and options for particles. But that's not all, it has a 2nd weapon and a wicked harness you might want to use even without the chainsaw! It comes in fitted mesh and non-rigged.You can draw and sheath the Zombie Chewer Knife from the harness also. You are animated like in the picture above when you draw, but also when you walk, it's like a menacing stealth walk. Sweet! From Frogstar is the fun Safe House gacha with many of the items you see here. The Portable Toilet is lol. The Safehouse is the rare. From Papermoon is the Head Cage, a beautifully made original mesh with rich textures. Our hero can just pop it on a zombie and let them starve to death. Hell, might even be able to tame a zombie with it, keep it as a pet if you don't mind the smell. lol The Cage Lamp and trash bags are by Kuro. The lamp turns on and off and triggers a lighting effect. The trashbags come with or without flies. Our ass-kicking country boy is wearing the new Brock shirt from the FATEwear fall line. The fatpack version will let you change the colors and textures. Shirt comes with the option for tucked and untucked. Look closely at the wrist, and you will see the cuff by 7 Mad Ravens has the Rebel Flag! There are other textures for cuffs you can get in black, silver plate, or cross. They come with an xyz resize script. On his hand, are the 7 Mad Ravens Noble and Virtue Rings. I moved and adjusted them for Slink hands. They include a xyz script. The Ghosts of August, 1

STORYLINE: It was exciting this time of year, the spirits were so near! The young school girl could hardly believe it herself, -- she had crossed over to the spirit realm. The first time was an accident, but this time she knew what she needed to do, she needed to document the excursion! Can you imagine what her friends at school would say if they saw these images?

It's the time of the Bon Festival in Japan, and once more the Japanese Horror Event has returned! This year's Kagami is not to be missed. Travel along with a schoolgirl to solve the mystery of her missing classmate. At the Kagami landing is a wonderful marketplace of items in a Japanese Horror theme. Once you are dressed and ready to go, make sure your script count is low or you will not allowed to continue. Be careful about picking up objects on the sim, they could top you into the red and get you teleported home. I tried to eat a rat snack on stick and almost got booted for it. lol To start, go here, head to the Red Torrii gate, and walk through. On the path in front of you is a sign. Click that for the Hud, wear it, and accept giving it permission to teleport you. Once you are done with Part 1 and found the Youkai 1- 26, you get sent back to start and begin again. But don't worry, the walk down the Torrii path once more and it will take you to part 2. Have fun!

But wait there's more! I have a 2nd game for you. It's hud based quest at "Mayu and Kenta's Summer Vacation." Complete each task and then go the prize area to redeem one gift. The stamp rally last until Sept 11th. The Sakka's Studio Ghost Kimono is a prize there and it has a headband that triggers a ghost pose. The kimono itself has a faded bottom and alpha to hide your legs. Awesome prize!

The Harajuku Kittens

It's a sweet time indeed for candy loving kitties of Harajuku. Chloe by Fuubutsu Dou is adorable. She is not a tiny avatar, but normal sized. Chloe comes with a short dress. Sold separately is the pink yukuta shown above. She has head, neck ruff, legs, legs with alpha for skirt, body, and hands. To fit hair on the kittens, use non-rigged hair and scale it up. Chloe and Ollie (see below) are both at Genre for only 100L until June 12th.

Over at the Arcade, you can satisfy your sweet tooth with the Remarkable Oblivion's Sugar Rush gacha. Chloe is showing the Sour Grapes top hat and the fun ChocoHorns as a bracelet and arm band. The Sakura hair style from Truth comes with little flowers and bears attachments. Each hair also comes with a color hud for normal series and roots. The one above is the Colors hud. The pink bears come from the blondes version. Her fan is the rare Oriental fan from Pixicat's gacha.

Kitten Ollie is a pale tabby. He has a head, neck riff, body, hands, legs and legs with alpha for pants, but unlike Chloe he comes with cap for his head and not an outfit. Rather than let him streak on the blog, lol, I put him in the wonderful new Ninja outfit by Pucca Firecaster available on sale at We <3 Role Play. I love this red texture with flames on it! It's one of the many texture choices you can choose for the jacket, pants, arm bracers and feet. The Ninja outfit comes with both girl and guy fits. It also includes a rigged Ninja mask and shadow prim you can adjust to fit your face. Pucca Firecaster also has a great Torii you can pick up for only 40L at current round of WLRP. Ollie's hair is Yato by Ayashi. It comes with a hud to scale for x,y,z to get a perfect fit. The Yato hair was on sale at the new event Tengoku no Rakuen that starts on the 20th each month. Japan Fair: Attack of the Daiyoukai

STORYLINE: He did not remember how he came into being. There were faint memories of walking on four legs, being trained for war, and fighting many battles. His instinct to protect his home was powerful and made him especially vicious. When his master and village were slaughtered, he raged. Homeless, he turned to eating the dead on the bloodsoaked battlefield, including that of his slain master. With so many tortured souls in his belly lusting for revenge, the dog, the human, and the spirits ignited. He was a dog demon then. He disguised his massive size by assuming his former master's human form. His destruction of the enemy village was absolute. Eventually he would give birth to a powerful Inuyoukai dynasty that would go on to dominate his beloved Western Lands for over a thousand of years.

Japan Fair! Youkai! Gifts! Settings! Dragon pet! Wind in hair! I'm so happy I'm stumbling over my feet here. Okay, let me get started with the largest topic first and work my way down. Japan Fair is a beautifully made sim packed with many of the best Japanese designers in SL. Items for sale include event exclusives, and it's all for a good cause, raising money for the ShelterBox. Shelter Box makes a kit of live-saving necessities and send these kits to people in need after a disaster. The Japanese designers are so grateful and impressed by the Shelter Box during their country's time of need, (the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami of 2011), that they want to give back and help raise funds for the Shelter Box. The event has many gifts through out the sim, and also has the Unofficial Hunt. The list of gifts I found at the event are listed below. On the opening weekend, there was a live Fashion show in a beautiful Noh style theater. The theme of this image was inspired by Lovely Disarray's "Apple of my Eye" hunt prize, the Destruction of Life : Makeup. The character of Sesshoumaru is what kick-started my love for bishounen style. For this post I wondered about the origins of the Inuyoukai and came up with a possible explanation. I hope you guys like my idea. Okay. I am wearing the BareRose exclusive Sanada ShiGusoku and the materials on it really look aweosme on the armor parts! The hair by Argrace is also donation item at Japan Fair. The sword in hand by Ade Yakko is a hunt prize and comes with a hud to change the colors. On my shoulder is a cool little green dragon that either animates or stays still from Death Row. you can find it at the Secret Affair Game of Thrones inspired event. (many great things there too!) This image is taken at my home. I swapped out my old prim wall with these beautiful mesh stone ones, and it has materials too! All the cherry trees in the image are a subscription gift by Isovii. The mesh torii is by Botanical. The little shrine was a hunt gift last month but you can find the shrine alone for 1L at Hanaya. Hanaya makes great group gifts. Gothmas: The Ghost of Jacob Marley

STORYLINE: Christmas Eve 1836, Jacob Marley,  the wealthy banking partner of Ebenezer Scrooge, was rushing home ahead of a freak blizzard. A homeless man caught out in the open tried to flag him down for help. Rather than stop to give aid, Marley commanded the carriage onward. The desperate man made a sudden move to jump onto the back of the carriage. The horses were spooked, bolted wildly, and slipped on the ice. The carriage fell over London Bridge and crashed into the Thames river. Marley had no friends other than Scrooge. No one noticed he was missing Christmas Day. His body was later discovered entombed in the ice. Now his ghost is condemned forever to walk the Earth weighed down by the chains of selfishness and greed.

It's time to explore the darkside of the biggest holiday of the year with a dash of Victorian elegance, and wink at the wicked. The stellar World Goth Fair gang returns with another fantastic event Gothmas by Gaslight. It's 2 sims of gothic goodness: adult sim Cursed, and moderate sim Sium. The chains that connect the wrists to the ankles are actually a particles effect and it works pretty good following your movements. The suit is all one piece in mesh by Fuubutsu Dou at Gothmas. It's a cool design of a half jacket half vest, with straps on the sleeve, and I love the Victorian style drape at the foot. The bowtie is a separate attachment.
