STORYLINE: From across the open spaceship hanger, he could see the anxious faces of the freedom fighters, called the Eden Railroad, waiting for him. When the coast was clear, they gestured for him to quickly come. He took a deep breath, prayed, then raced across the hanger. "You there, stop!" A guard spotted him. Loud metallic clangs struck the metal grating around him. He zigged and zagged. Keep running! He was so close, just a few more.... Suddenly, a white hot blast of heat hit him from above. He felt weightless for a moment, then everything faded to black. ...As his conscious returned, the first thing he noticed was the roar of wind in his ears. His eyes snapped open. The giant city in the sky was growing smaller and smaller above him. All the events in his life which lead up to this fateful moment poured into his mind. ...His parents telling him to hide as the monstrous half-human super soldiers rounded up everyone in his village. His life on the streets as an orphan. The struggle to learn the strange technology of the "English." His shock after an elderly couple took him in, and explained the truth of his situation. He was what they called an Eden, untouched by all cyberization or genetic manipulation. He was worth a thousand times his weight in gold. Why? Because millions around the world were afflicted with strange maladies. There were few living purely human gene pools left on Earth. His people, the Amish, had sworn off technology since the 18th century. Instead of spaceships, they had horse and buggy. The culture shock had been severe, but he had done his best to blend in. He lived in fear of being caught and dissected for his pristine DNA. As the ground raced up to greet him, suddenly, his fall stopped. He felt a magnetic force around his waist. He was caught him in a tractor beam. Above him was the Ship of the Eden Railroad pockmarked with laser blasts, but still flyable. He was saved!

So many people want to know if Jon Snow, from Game of Thrones, comes back. I read an interesting fan theory the other day so I worked it up into an image. This picture is shot at the amazing Fantasy Faire Dangarnon sim by Death Row Designs. Its so easy to get lost there! So much densely packed details, its hard to believe it's SL. All the buildings are for sell, and cave and tower are relay donation items. The giant evil looking tower will be auctioned off at the end of the Fantasy Faire, all funds will be donated to the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life. Don't miss this amazing sim! STORYLINE: It had been a cruel fate how the A.N.G.E.L. was cursed with eternal life. If not for the cannonball that blasted off his arms during 100 Years War, his might have become a legend. As the pool of blood grew, a dark shadow fell over him blocking out the moonlight. "Great warrior," it whispered. He had assumed it was the Grim Reaper. "Leave the petty disputes of mortals behind. Come. Be a Knight of Eternity." Surviving death appealed to him, so he accepted. But without his arms how he could fight? He was helpless. It was a cruel irony. Refusing to give up, he learned the secrets of dark magic and borrowed limbs from corpses. However it was never truly satisfying until he discovered the wonders of the 21st century, -- cybernetics.
STORYLINE: The alarm had been triggered by an unknown alien artifact. Oucie suited up and went outside to investigate. To his surprise, he discovered the object was a lifepod and it was not empty either. Sleeping inside, with arms crossed over it's chest, was a majestic looking pale alien. A deep blue blush stung Oucie's cheeks. He had no doubt discovered a rare treasure. He immediately took it back to the moonbase. His pet jellyfish, Twinkles, flashed angry colors at him the second he brought the pod indoors. Oucie had never seen his pet so upset before. He shrugged it off as jealousy. Afterall, for three years, Twinkles had been the only friend he had. And in all those years, nothing this exciting had happened before. He turned his attention once more to the sleeping alien. He had so many questions. There was something about it.... Then finally he couldn't stand anymore, he begin to touch the dials on the side of the pod. Twinkles circled around him frantically flashing red over and over again. He ignored Twinkles. There had to be someway to revive the alien.

The Yasum pants come with a hud to change textures. They are unisex with male and female fits, but you will need to edit your shape the best fit. The Vampire ears are by Trap. Brow applier by Clef de Peau, and Makeup by Aii. The brilliant Metatron wings and halo are by Nerox. Each part is animated and gives very cool effect for your cyber outfits. (see animation below)
STORYLINE: What happened next was a haze. Oucie lay helpless on the floor in a pool of his own blue toned blood. The creature had attacked him. It had strange powers. He understood now the alien was a Parasitic lifeform, and he just stupidly released it from its prison. As darkness threatened to overtake him once more, he whispered a prayer for forgiveness. STORYLINE: Vladislav Dracul was 540 years old. It's true he was a bit of perv and had old fashioned ideas. Instead of cleaning up after himself, he didn't understand why he couldn't have slaves do it. When he was angry he worked out his frustrations in the torture chamber, poking his victims with various sharp objects. (It's how he earned the nicname Vladislav The Poker.) Despite that, he made an honest effort to learn the ways of modern culture. In fact, he quickly learned how to use a smart phone to take nude pictures of himself and send them to his next conquest, err, ... I mean Valentine.

The Fantasy Gacha Carnival has returned with the theme of Game of Thrones vs Star Wars. (Love it!) For Vlad, I used the horns, eyes, and 2 shawls from Aii's Dragon gacha. The Aura shawl will animate like purple flames around you when you touch it. From Zyn is the Iron Dragon amulet, and from Bubble I took the Drakonae eye chocker and converted to a headband. The sweet looking Dragon Wing chair is by Entity. (I added a tint of red and purple) The wavy Champagne hair is by Tableau Vivant. The face and body piercings are by Haus of Darcy. They also include body paint for the default figure. I added a new latex stocking to TMP, this one is by F'n'Hawt and has laces on the back. This post's story was inspired by the hysterical mockumentary What We Do In The Shadows. I love that movie!
STORYLINE: "This castle holds many secrets." The old man pushed a wooden wall panel. It groaned, then gave way revealing a hidden passage. The smell of mold and earth wafted up. "Come," the old man turned on his flashlight, "there is something I want to show you." The rockstar silently followed behind. Each step down seemed to descend deeper into the past. "The tale begins 1795 during the Reign of Terror. The blood of aristocrats dripped from the guillotines onto streets of Paris. Misery was everywhere. The Castle of the Marquis d'Auvergne was no exception." The old man guided them into a dungeon room containing a small quaint theater. "Here is the true treasure of the Lion. It wasn't gold or jewels," he gently padded the crumbling painted wood props. The rockstar jumped up on the stage and kicked the bones of a long dead rat out of his way in disgust. "The Lion was youngest son of the Marquis. He had no prospects in life. His family was finically ruined. It was expected the indebted castle itself would soon also be lost. The Lion created this stage himself after a failed attempt to runaway and join an acting troop. By day he hunting game for a living, and down here by night he did his heart's desire. In fact, this tiny theater is how the Lion met my great great grandmother Nanette. Fascinating, isn't it?"
The Secret Affair event is going on now with a theme of winter. From the event is the Luxurious Cape by Stitched has these awesome long sleeves that can be worn or hidden for a sleevesless look with a hud. Also at Secret Affair is the Thor necklace set and Eindride wreath by Plastik. The Wreath comes in all seasons, and a hud to change textures. The pants and boots by TURB work perfectly with the cape, they are from the rogue gacha. The Forest set is from the Studios gacha by Death Row, and the candles are part of the Abandoned Piano set by Noctis.
STORYLINE: Kaiser Kruel loved a good chessmatch. So Maximilian Spyder won this round, he got elected leader by "democratic" vote. So what? The idealistic fool wanted to be loved instead of feared. Big mistake. Charisma wasn't going to keep the blood thirsty hordes in line. Kaiser took a long slow drag on his cigarette, relishing the thought of all the delicious mayhem to come. Suddenly there was a knock at the door. An evil smirk curled across his lips. Standing outside was Maximilian's first mistake, Viuda Negra Spyder.
Kaiser above is wearing parts of the cool victorian style outfit from Gabriel at the Epiphany gacha. The outfit is fit mesh, so that means if you have an avatar that's muscled up, you will need to set the muscle to 50 or you get some clipping. Also the shoe size is scaleable too, so if the foot looks too large or too small, edit your shape to adjust the size. The Unholy Lips are an TMP applier by NOX on sale at The Nightmare Event. The pack comes in several colors. My favorite fur coats come from the Curio Obscura Luxurious Fur gacha you find at the main store. The nice Ju-ju pants are a gacha from APHORISM. The Anthony Boots by FATEstep are rare suede shoe style. The texture hud lets you change the the colors of the sole, sides, and top. The blindfold by C L A Vv is non-rigged and you can adjust it for a good fit. Kaiser's beloved Deathhead moth brooch is by Bliensen + MaiTai. This excellent windblown style, Memory Bliss, works great on the guys too. Kaiser's old claws I upgraded to these great new ones by CerberusXing. I got the silver and tinted it to match his old claws. Kaiser's badass steampipe is by LaNoir Soleil Designs. Sadly, it appears to not be available anymore, as well as the Haunted Mansion eyes by Avatar Bizarre. Tableau Vivant's Kat applier for the TMP head has a wonderful long thick brow that looks awesome of the Anime head. Other TMP heads will change the thickness and length of the brow, so do try the demos to see what styles work best for you.

You can put in scandalous poses if you want. lol I tucked the Kinky Games Bed into the Death Row Industrial bed headboard. Hangin the back, is the Death Row hanging lights, and wineholder wall art. The Saxon Dining Table and chair are by Jian. Next to it on the wall, is the Master neon sign by Souzou Eien. Its mod, so you change neon color tint however you wish. Below that is the Vicious Implements Paddles & Straps, and to the left Vicious Implements - Canes & Crops by Souzou Eien. The Gyroscope Floor Lamp is by Trompe Loeil, as well as the celing fan.
STORYLINE: The miners on Mars were all given the day off, and since the miners are never given a day off, there was a great deal of excitement. They were told to head to the Mars Arena. The rumor was some big shot from Earth was performing a free concert, or was it huge birthday bash for one the Lords of Mars? The miners quickly departed for the event, expect for one guy, Drake Knife. It's not that he was a sour puss, he just didn't trust the Mars Lords. He was sure to pack a gas mask, pistol, and a machete before following his comrades down the dust-choked tunnels.
SL12B has begun, and once more there are breathtakingly awesome builds for the main stages and welcome area. The image above was shot on location at the Astonish DJ stage. I love this scifi build with it's creepy Scorpion alien creature. It's a lot of fun to explore. For my Martian miner, I have a combination of post apocalyptic items by Death Row and Swagga. From the Death Row male at the Arcade are the post apocalyptic head scarf, gas mask, belt, boots, and machete with chest belt. For fun, I added the calf pistol from the girl's version of the gacha. By Swagga is the cool motorcycle helmet ApocMoto. It comes with or without the glow details. Matching it are the ApocoMoto bracers, elbow and knee pads. From 7 Mad Ravens is the Guardian Medallion necklace. It also comes with a crucifix necklace. ... There are lots of do this weekend at SL12B. Have fun gang, and Happy 12th Birthday SecondLife!
STORYLINE: The Unweaver once more brought strife to the Fairelands. The Bard Queen sent many brave souls to seek the Champions and find the Lost Land where her daughter was held prisoner. However for the Dark Magician she had an urgent top secret mission: Find the Unweaver and bring him to justice!
FANTASY FAIRE 2015! I love this event, it's just pure magic. Fantasy Faire is one of the biggest events of the year. It celebrates the genre while doing a massive fund drive for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. There are 13 beautifully designed sims each with their own theme. There are over 150 designers with fantastic products to fuel your imagination. Each day there are various Role Plays going on throughout the sims, including jailing troublemakers (to release them, they must raise enough funds to make bail). There is a giant art sim with 4 galleries of work from some of the best Fantasy Photographers in SL. You can party with the Fantasty Faire DJs, or attend a story reading. And one of the coolest things you can do during the event is the Fantasy Faire: The Lost Lands Hunt. (more about that below)
From Fantasy Faire, I am wearing one of the Relay for Life donations by Wasabi Pills, Jaden. It also includes 2 other colors. The Cured necklace by Other Skin comes in either male or female. The Guardians Cloak you can pick up at the Poppetsborough landing. Touch the cloak to change the outer color. It comes with fits for male and female, and 2 child sizes. The Nireus Wings by Material Squirrel are really cool. You can change the textures in the hud, adjust the size, angle, and make them auto close and flapp. The Germlin Fae is a particle special effect that will fly around you in a random pattern, it's pretty fun. The FF symbol is actually the box the Hunt Hud came in. It has a nice magic effect and triggers a pose when you hold it. (Note: I gave direct teleport links to the items in my stylecard below so you can find them easily.) ... From the past Arena event for men on the Fantasy Gacha sim is the FDD Stories breastplace rare gacha, and from Swagga is a the Makeshift spear and Survivor Pants. These items are not yet in their mainstore locations. ... From Haus of Darcy is a piercing set currently on sale for a discount at Tengoku no rakuen. The gloves are FATEwear and come with texture change hud and two hand poses.
To begin your quest on the Lost Lands Hunt, head to the Fairelands Junction. There are portals there that connect to each sim in the Faire. I hope you like swimming with the fishes, because this year's junction is underwater! Here you can find the Low Lag Skins gifts by The Plastik in light and dark for male and female. The Hunt Huds you can also find here. There are two versions: the basic is 250L, and the 350L deluxe includes an outfit by BareRose for girls and guys. This year's hunt hud uses video so make sure you enable media in your viewer. The story is written by Saffia Widdershins of Prim Perfect and Designing Worlds. The champions are a richly varied bunch, each with their own backstory. (Believe it or not, yours truly played the character of Bisclavret!) The Sandles are non-rigged can be adjusted to fit whatever foot you are using. It also comes with socks that are fitted for the default avatar or TMP body. The socks are fantastic to have thier own. STORYLINE: Living in the Wastelands was dangerous. The smart ones signed up for Seth's army. Dirt, as he was nicknamed, was one of Seth's salvagers. He had a nose for garbage, and was a handy with a blowtorch too. His home he created from old abandoned train car. Post Apocalyptic Hangout by Death Row is loaded with poses for male and female single, interacting with the set, couples, and adult. It's 11 land impact. STORYLINE: Every hero has a nemesis, and so did Jesus of Pripyat Park. Before the Apocalypse, the God of the Wastelands had been a minimum wage mechanic named Seth. But in the new reality, he was a ruthless tyrant drunk on his power. How did such a spectacular rise happen? It was due to a simple fact; there were no factories to make parts, and no one knew how to repair pre-war technology. The EM Pulse Warheads wiped out more than bank accounts. Every "How To" manual was also erased. The one who had memorized how to fix things from bikes to guns to refrigerators became greatly in demand.
Lots of stuff going on here. Seth above is sporting several new items from Tableau Vivant and two of them are clothing! Yes, T.V. has returned to clothing items and these two are winners on sale at Secret Affair. I love the leather texture on the Leather Skinny pants. They come in male and female, as well as the Fringe Leather Collar. The Faux Dreads hair is rigged with a long back, for male or female.
