Quick as a Bunny Takeout of the Congo

STORYLINE: There was nothing quite like racing down the thick muddy waters of the Congo with his pet fennec by his side. Schools of wading waterfowl would squawk loudly their displeasure as his steamplane roared past. Together with an old mate, they formed a takeout restaurant. The food turned out to be a hit with the locals and tourists. And he relished every chance he got to race along the waterways delivering steaming spicy foods.

This post was inspired by the SL12B party held by Linden Labs at the Wilderness sim. It's a multi-sim jungle with lots of fun things to do. For my explorations on the Dark Continent, I'm wearing the new FATEwear Belo camouflage texture shorts. They some with full length pants too. I'm using an unusual bonus color that's in scripted fatpack. The Phillips hoodie is also using a bonus color from it's fatpack. I like the two tone fades. You can wear the hoodie up or down. I'm using several designers for my Steampunk Safari style. The Steampunk boots, belt, and bag by Death Row are in the current round of The Arcade. It's an entire gacha of clothing and accessories for men! Many good pieces can be won.  From Swagga is the awesome animated Flutter robo-dragon pet. He's holding the picnic basket from the Linden Premium member gifts for the beach. The steampunk Bunny Mask is also by Swagga. It was a free gift for the Seraphim's birthday party. The retro mic earphones are by Remarkable Oblivion, as well as the Messenger bag. The adorable Fennec is by Half Deer and it's a gacha at Kustom 9. I love fennecs. They come in various poses, and the one here in the image is the animating rare that walks along with you. The bracelets and rings are by Mandala and they come with a texture change hud.  I used these awesome old school prim socks by Rosem to poke out from the boots. I serious need more things like this. And another thing I need is collar like thing to work on the TheMeshProject body. The hack I used actually a free headband by Modern Elegance I turned into a collar. It has a "don't look under the collar and see my vampire bite" sort of feel and I like it. lol And the last gem to finish off my Steam Safari style is the fun BareRose Steam Hummingbird plane. You wear it and it appears like you are flying around. Love it. It can be won in the raffle by camping out at BareRose.

STORYLINE: He failed as a security guard, and flopped as a Rock Star. So what does a pissed off starving vampire gotta do to sip that sweet, sweet Eden nectar anyway? Fight to the death with a Battle Bot is what! The Underworld's kingpin, Kujo, made the Cursed A.N.G.E.L. an offer he couldn't refuse; Duke it out with the reigning Battle Bot champ and if he wins, be rewarded with his very own Eden to nibble on whenever the mood suits him, and if he fails they'll be sure to sweep his guts off the floor into a nice bucket to feed Kujo's dogs. No doubt the Lords of Mars would gamble on the fight like the obscenely rich bastards they are. He didn't have much of a choice. Besides, he was cocky enough to think he could actually win. Battle Bots had replaced humans in the brutal sport over a century ago, but in the underworld, humans still boxed. Lucky for him, he found a great trainer.

STORYLINE: Coach Tora was an ex-light weight female boxing champ once known as "Tora the Fierce" before retiring. She convinced the Cursed A.N.G.E.L there was a way to beat a Battle Bot using what she claimed was the "Android Blind Spot."

Joining me for the first time on Bishie Style SL is my good friend Kariritaisho. She was a great help and didn't mind at all when I took a few swipes at her. lol  She is wearing adorable Dino Dozer hoodie by Razor and the Regulator boots by Razor. Her system jeans are by Hot Stuff. These pictures were taken on the gorgeous Sky Tower by Fanatik. World Goth Fair: The Spyder Guard

STORYLINE: The leader of the Black Ops in Cursed was none other than Noble Elder Maximilian, the progenitor of the Spyder clan. The Spyders had their threads throughout the city, nothing happened without Maximilian's knowledge. The plain-clothes Spyders hidden in the crowd had taken Elizabeth to the safe place in the sky, the BatHouse of the 101st. While Maximilian personally escorted Scarlet there to meet with her sister. Maximilian was a mystery to most, but Scarlet understood his mind. He was all knowing and powerful but slow to act. She understood he choose his battles wisely. Taking on another ancient, Kaiser Kruel (also known as Horemheb), is nothing to take lightly, but some battles were worth fighting for. The separation of humans and Darks was wrong. Petty differences didn't matter, they were all family. it was time for a conversation, time for two sisters to finally embrace.

Wow I have a lot to cover here. First check out this wonderful retro-80s punk vest by Papermoon. I really love the attention to detail Papermoon does. The vest you can get in several different textures for girls or guys. Then you can pick out back patches for either punk, metal patches, or gothic. On the front buttons you can pick your music genre too. And here's the fun part, the patches and buttons are rigged, that means you can wear these fun button and patches on any outfit you like! Just add buttons to create an instant retro look! The shades by Eclectia I am wearing come with a hud to change to the textures on the frames and lens. I love the options on the lens that include shading up or down and shattered. For my Security look, I included the retro headphones from the Standby gacha, and the group gift armband from Epica (but added my own logo to it). The jeans are by favorites from Ronsem that include a speical closed boot fit version. The belt comes with a hud to change it's colors. The gloves are by O.M.E.N and comes with open and closed attachments. The Iron Cross necklace is another great item in the LNS booth at WGF. It comes with a resizer and bead color changers. While you're at LNS, be sure to pick up the free beautiful masks gift there!

Scarlet is rocking a lot of badass here. She is the leader of the Rebellion afterall, but she still has a tender heart. She's wearing the goregous corset by Couture Rock. I love how this corset fits around the waist and then opens up around the hips. There is a little black lace fringe too. The back has black ribbons. Her necklace is also by Couture Rock and matches perfectly. I didn't show it here, but there is a cameo stocking also at the CR booth that matches the corset, be sure to check that out too. The shoulder armor and finger armor are by Death Row and on sale only a few more days at We <3 Role Play. The Amor and ring also work on the guys. Scarlet's boots are wonderful chained open boot by Death Row availible at Dark Style Fair.  To wear these you need the Slink High foot. To go with it, I used the Gallactic Symbiosis pants with appliers for Slink feet. It comes with appliers for the hands too. I love this texture! So alien and organic like. The armwarmers are a return to Scarlets outfit from last year by Inkubus by SAKIDE. The 2nd fingerclaw is from LNS and you pick it up in several different colors. (All the girl vampires will definitely like this handy spiky thing. lol) Her nail polish is Dark Passion's Koffin nails Shades of Red. Scarlet's signature hairstyle is Ivy by Alice Project. Her blindfold has a little iron cross and safety pins created by Kio at Dark Style Fair, and her sleek black horns are Damned Princess by DirtyStories at Dark Style Fair. The wispy anthers are by Death Row at Suicide Dollz. They look really cool when you wear them, almost like little glittering lights the tiny white points in them. Scarlets skin is an exclusive by Jalwa at World Goth Fair. It's the Celine skin with lovely gothic purple makeup for eyes and lips. By the way, did you guys pick up all the little gifts throughout the three World Goth Fair sims? Be sure you get your free sunblock 1000 at Chaos, Panic, and Disorder before the summer gets here. lol

2065: Carpe Noctem 1

STORYLINE: After successfully escaping the Mars colony, the Cursed A.N.G.E.L. left the protection business and reinvented himself as a rock star named Rab8. He wrote a "romantic" song about a pissed off violent out-of-work vampire who was starving because of the lack of non-genetically hybridized humans until one day a beautiful Eden quenched his thirst. He figured he could seduce some Edens out of hiding with his music. His song climbed to number 47 on the Earth Music Charts. More people came to see him perform. And after he smelled a near-Eden among the crowd, he thought he was well on his way to securing a new blood supplier when disaster struck....   (NOTE: If you guys remember my posts on FutureWave, this storyline picks up where that left off.)

It's Easter Time! Spring! Pollen! Bunnies! And those of you who know me, know I have a thing for bunnies. When I saw the cool new mecha bunny headphones Rab8 by Remarkable Oblivion, my little cotton tail was wagging. They come in either blue or white and you find them on sale at FaMESHed this month. Also going on right now is the Rock Attitude Fashion Fair. I got at the fair this great mesh Les Paul style guitar from NS. It comes with several versions for wearing on your back or holding, but those attachments are really tiny guitars and you can not mod them. I am using the larger one above that contains a pose. For this post I used instead an excellent pose by momomuller. Looking a bit like a Kiss style Kabuki Bunny, I am wearing the Dead of Night creature makeup by Lovely Disarray and kick ass high platform boots Onslaught by Razor. The chain necklace is a group gift from Death Row. On Berry's Dance meme, the Godfather Bat Winter Jefferson danced in this coat and I was drooling so hard. As soon as I knew where to get it, I made a beeline to FashionNatic and scooped it up. It comes with the color hud for many color combinations on straps and fabric, and zipper on or off. Excellent. I love the Simmon's models. The tongue and piercings are a past Rebel Playground hunt gift from Bubblez. The pants are my favorites from Ronsem. They are the best pants I have for boots. From the FutureWave posts for this character, I'm wearing once more the Argrace Arata hair with Action hairbase and Vrsion gloves. The By Snow eyes were at FutureWave also. They are really amazing with beautiful cyber textures that animation and you can change the colors of all the different elements ina hud. Dolls of Christmas: Germany

Our second stop on Christmas Dolls tour is Germany for my lovely posing partner and the owner of the Men's blog.

The Christ Child is an angelic bringer of gifts to the good children of Germany. Originally meant to be the Baby Jesus, the Christkind is now usually shown as girl or woman in gold and white.

Like a Sith version of Santa Claus, Knecht Ruprecht doesn't bring gifts to nice children, he brings horrible presents like coal to naughty children and he may spank them with a twitch too! Alpine nations even have more sinister looking Krampus who has goat horns and cloven hooves. But for my modern interpretation of Knecht Ruprecht, I take inspiration from German goth rock band Oomph!. I really like this character, Knecht Ruprecht is cool! We need a character like this in America. lol
