Fantasy Faire: The Sea Dragon's Adventure, 2

STORYLINE: As they swam, the three playful mermaids promised to show Kaiju, the Sea Dragon, something exciting when they arrived at the Fantasy Faire.   ....As they arrived at the Greek harbor of Nysaris, he noticed a large gathering of creatures on the beach. He heard a loud roar and turned to see a mighty land dragon towering over the crowd. Its wings were massive, and it breathed fire!    ....Kaiju was awe-struck. He had never seen such a creature before. The mermaids giggled at his reaction and explained that this was the famous dragon of Nysaris, known throughout the land for its power and grace. He watched in wonder as the dragon soared above the sea, its wings creating a powerful gust of wind. He knew he would never forget this moment and felt grateful to his mermaid friends for showing him such an incredible sight.

Game of Thrones nerds rejoice! Can you believe this wonderful fellow is for sale at the Fantasy Faire? Its so cool and fun!  It comes in many sizes and has a robust hud to change its textures, glows, alphas, materials, AO, custom textures, and many fun animations. You can spit fire, ice or water. Make a nest and lay eggs. Even little baby dragons will hatch!  (But let's not talk about the Dragon turd droppings complete with bones and flies. lol.)  You can even give your friends a ride! Fantasy Faire 2020: The Severed Garden

STORYLINE: "They are waiting to take us into the severed garden. Do you know how pale and wanton thrillful comes death on a strange hour? Unannounced, unplanned for like a scaring over-friendly guest you’ve brought to bed. Death makes angels of us all and gives us wings where we had shoulders smooth as raven’s claws. No more money, no more fancy dress, this other kingdom seems by far the best. Until it’s other jaw reveals incest and loose obedience to a vegetable law. I will not go."  - The Severed Garden, Jim Morrison

The Fantasy Faire was a huge success this year, lots of fun was had by all and $73,572 USD was raised for Relay for Life. Congrats to 700+ Faire staff and designers who helped make this happen, and to all the Faireland visitors who enjoyed and donated. Well done!

Several elements from both the Engine Room and Fantasy Faire inspired this post. From the Engine Room is the Lux Hair from Raven Bell. It comes in multiple fits for men and women. The from and the back are separate, so you can combine hairs or color then separately. Included is a unrigged bow with its own texture hud. Matching up nicely with the hair is the Auxentios Pass version of the Atreus coat by Contraption, which was a Relay for Life item at the Fantasy Faire. The textures for it a wonderful, you can pick out what colors you want for different fabrics from the texture hud. From the Fantasy Faire is this wonderful garden by The Looking Glass. Fantasy Faire 2019: The Drider of Twilight Spring

STORYLINE: Unseen high above the heads of many faire folk, in a place where dark caves part to roaring falls, hangs the stealthiest of the Faireland's guardians, The Drider of Twilight Spring. To him, the Unweaver is the epitome of evil. The Drider spends his entire life spinning beautiful webs of art, war, and intel. The opposite of him is the Unwearver who unravels life. And so the Drider swore an oath to cut down this villain if it is ever foolish enough to enter his caverns.

The Fantasy Faire is still going on and smashing records of fund raising for Relay for Life.
The Fairelands are open until May 5th.
