Fantasy Faire: Jon Snow

STORYLINE: What was it like, drifting between worlds, neither alive or dead? Jon should have felt nothing, and saw nothing, but he did. Through the eye of his pet direwolf Ghost, he could see into the living world. It was a magic called warging, a talent that ran in the Stark family. But it wasn't until he lay dying, his blood spilling in the snow, that he discovered this skill inside himself. His spirit had cried out to Ghost in a panic. The wolf embraced him, soothing him like a frighten cub as his body died. And then they merged into one. What had died that day was not him, but his naiveté. If given another chance, he would not make the same mistake twice.

So many people want to know if Jon Snow, from Game of Thrones, comes back. I read an interesting fan theory the other day so I worked it up into an image. This picture is shot at the amazing Fantasy Faire Dangarnon sim by Death Row Designs. Its so easy to get lost there! So much densely packed details, its hard to believe it's SL. All the buildings are for sell, and cave and tower are relay donation items. The giant evil looking tower will be auctioned off at the end of the Fantasy Faire, all funds will be donated to the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life. Don't miss this amazing sim! Only 2 more days are left of the Faire.  Shown above is the Stitched EPOS Albar tunic for men at Fantasy Faire. The shirt underneath is grey but for my image I tinted it a darker color. From BluPrintz is very cool blindfold with animated flames coming out of one eyehole. Very cool effect. It's mod so you can adjust it for the perfect fit or tint the flames and glow.  From Poseidon is the Wizard 1 pose pack with pose and orb.  Over at the Epicene event, is this very cool leather shawl by Noble Creations. You can get it for male and female, black or brown.  The spooky Shadowed Wolf by Aii is an attachment that floats behind you. The trail is flexi so it makes a nice spooky effect when moving.  Making for a nice Jon Snow look is the Adam mesh head by Absolut Creation, and the Mon Tableau Vivant hair.  The belt and sword are the outfits gacha by Death Row.  Have fun at the Fantasy Faire this weekend! Fantasy Faire: Angel of Blackmoor

STORYLINE: God's Warrior Angels were known for fighting against all forms of evil. It was Melchizedek who fought the Unweaver, the plague of cancer upon humanity. In garden of Blackmoor, each day he solemnly lit a candle for every soul who fell to the Unweaver. His life and memory were long, and it gave him strength to keep fighting.

One of the best events in SL is back, The Fantasy Faire! The Faire has 14 jaw droppingly gorgeous sims for you explore. There are daily roleplays, live performances, a quest adventure game, literary festival, Artwork, Djs, and of course shopping. This amazing, one of a kind, event is all about raising money for American Cancer Society Relay for Life to fight caner. Good news! Introducing this year is a Pinterest Shopping-Catalogue-2016 for the Fantasy Faire. The guide was put together by a team of volunteers (including yours truly) to make your shopping easier. Each picture includes the store, item name, and Surl to where you can find the item. (Note: The Shopping Guide shows only the Relay for Life donation vendors, so its only a sample of the many things at the faire.)

The picture above was taken at the beautiful Blackmoor sim. (Love it so much, I want to live there!) You can read more about Blackmoor's creation by Lokii Violet here. I knew it would be the perfect setting for the Wizard outfit by W-Zero. (Fans of the Trinity Blood anime should definitely check it out!) It includes outfit, staff, and hat. There is a male and female version.  From Soul is the Ranitomeya {tera SE} skin. Its a purple skin with fun golden spots and patterns on it. It includes appliers for TMP, Slink, Adam, Catwa, and Omega. There is a male and female version also. From Winry's Whimsey is the Dragon/Gecko eyes. These eyes come with a hud that make it possible to fit the default avi, mesh heads, and even furry avatars! Nice!  Additional items are the Starry Night hair gacha by Tableau Vivant, Mushilu Angel wings, and Elf ears by Mandala.  I'll see you at the faire! Have fun for a good cause!

Vampire Ballet: Black Souls, Red Petals

STORYLINE: In life, the Kuro twins were child prodigies thrilling audiences with their skillful Cello playing. But those happy times ended when a deranged fan tried to "steal" their talent one limb at a time. Their savior was a well-meaning vampire who heard their cries. He found them dying from their wounds. In one moment more, they and their talent would be lost forever. Thinking quickly, he used his vampiric powers to fuse their broken bodies to stage prop dolls. But the shock was too much for the them. Gone was their spirit. They sat mute, traumatized, as lifeless as the dolls they inhabited. The years passed, but their savior never gave up. He kept them fed with blood drips, wheeled them around, dressed them in the finest clothes. Nothing roused them. Then one day, an idea hit him. Their souls were music, and music would save them the way he never could. 

Today is the last day for The Gathering. Don't miss this cool gacha event with lots of fun fantasy items. Pictured above is the Astralia Bambola gacha. It's a doll theme with wind up keys, key wings, and a special pedestal for your doll that includes nice musicbox poses.  From NeverWish is the Rare Steam Wings Hat. It comes with a hud to switch the hat and metal textures. It's also mod, so I scaled it smaller and added a red tint. The gacha includes a 2nd top hat, and steampunk horns.  From Faida is the gothic spiderweb Leggings rare gacha that comes with a hud to change the textures and includes fun spiked toe heels.  From Death Row is the beautiful Iron Filigree bed. It comes in either light or dark, is 12 land impact, and has adult poses.  The wheelchair, petal storm, rugs, and coffin are by Luna Rosarie. Wonderful gacha. The Hearld Of Spring

STORYLINE: Racing down the path of blooming sakura trees, Bunnimaru forgot his years. He waved his wand excitedly. At last, Spring had arrived!

I hope you all had nice Spring Break! I'm back on the blog bringing you items for celebrating Spring. From AIR are the Ouka gacha items including beautifully made hair ornaments, and a very cool wand that poses. The branches have 5 poses, and hanging flower ball also has 5 poses.  From Swagga is the I'm a Freakin Bunneh gacha Ears and fun Bunny Boots. The gacha also comes with colorful underies for guys and the TMP male fit.  The fur wrap is from Mat Kungler Atelier, and Sesshomaru fans definitely need to go check that out. It includes the belt, ribbons, and katana for your cosplay.  The fun puppy-like Kogitsu hairstyle is from Ayashi. It comes in female, male, and neutral fits.  The Sinful Lips are are an applier from Souzou Eien for TMP head, and eye makeup Hozuki by Lovely Disarray.  The Ying nacklace is by Empyrean Forge. It comes with a hud to change the color of the leather and gemstone.  I just love these Fallen Gods Golem tattoo, so I wore it again with the nice Fallen Gods Water nails.  I used Tableau Vivant's Mort Vivant skintone appliers for both the TMP body and the Slink hands. The Head is the Minos Mort Vivant. The slink applier includes the hands, feet, and body.
