FutureWave: An Android's Tale

STORYLINE: On Mars, androids made dangerous repairs, ran the businesses, and even kept lonely miners company. Among them was a security drone who became self-aware. There was a vicious legal battle over her in the courts, but it finally ended when she was granted full citizenship and human rights. The miners, who had less status then her, whispered conspiracy theories that her master, the Mars Lord of the North, had secretly paid the judge a bribe. In their opinion, she should have been dismantled as an dangerous rogue AI. But she herself did not care about legal matters, she was consumed with her own inner battles such as the horror of realizing she looked just like every other female security drone. She wanted to be an individual. She wanted to express her inner self. She was not Security Bot 10004872B! She was "Katt."

The new security version of the CMFF Androids include a human textured face. The mesh includes materials so when you turn on advanced lighting, you see your android is a little dinged up then you thought! You can wear your own eyes with it. But if you want to wear your own shape too, just edit the depth, width, and size of your eyes to line up with the android eye-sockets. You can wear either the torso (head, chest, and arms), or the legs (hip, leg, foot). This open up possibilities for your styling. For Fulli's female bot, we gave her a "human" touch. She's like a teenage girl. She loves cats and wants to be cute, so we dressed her up with that in mind. The orbit skirt by Schadenfreude at Collabor88 worked perfectly with android mesh, and we matched the Astro bracelets with it. (The bracelets are still out for you to buy if you missed it Friday.) Her space cat helmet is by Katat0nik. Her adorable cord tail is by Rab Labs. Her hair by Red Mint fits perfectly under the helmet. Polishing off her look, is the kawaii Visor by Papermoon. (Sadly, I was not able to photograph the glow stars that show on the visor, but they are cute and match with the stars on the helmet.)  I am wearing the ManDroid Security Enforcer by CMFF. Hey, he's a serious dude. Don't even think about sneaking into Biodynamics, he'll catch you. lol

The Eclipse Incident: Night Clan

STORYLINE: As it has always been, the Night Clan stirs when darkness falls over the land. 

If you haven't already picked up the deals at We <3 Role Play, hurry. The August round ends on the 31st. I'm wearing an outfit by Kahli Desgins that can be worn on girls, guys, and even males on female base. The mesh attachements can be edited for a good fit. The outfit includes a lionhead shield and sword. Check out these fun mesh demon hands by Death Row. They are not rigged and have a X,Y,Z resize script. It includes a black glove layer to help blend the demon hand into your skin. Two items shown above I got at the Fantasy Gacha, the pink dragon shoulder pet by Candy Crunchers, and the horns I have on by Aisling. The Candy Horns our lovely Moon Maiden is wearing are from the cheapie section on We <3 Role Play and come in several colors. The gown is from Fateplay and can be worn without or without sleeves. There is a very nice lacing detail on the back of the gown. Both Night Clanners are wearing Fallen Gods skins currently on sale at WLRP. Both come in male and female versions. The poses and the summoning circle are from set kit by Chanimations that includes 5 poses, and a particle special effect for each hand in several colors. For the purpose of image, I made my own FX in postproduction.

EVENT NEWS: Hair Fair 2013, Sim 4 Harbor

Hair Fair is back with 4 sims of designers to help raise money for Wigs for Kids. The sims are decorated in a playful Legos theme. And the wonderful Prim Bus that slays lag like a champ? It's a giant Lego this year! How cool is that? (Scroll down for all the gift hair on Sim 4: Harbor.) Pictured above, I've got my skintight cyber suit on for a good reason, the Fair is packed! Crack out your own old school Lag Combat Suit(TM), wear no scripts, or attachements and you'll do well at this crowded event. My body glove is by Graves, and cool new Fawk hair by Gauze at the Fair. Don't have any handy system clothing left? Don't worry, you can pick up the free lowlag outfit at the landing. Here's another tip for you: join the Hair Demo group to try on hair demos at the comfort of your home. This is good idea too since many hairstyle come with Color Change Huds. The Fair does not allow scripts, so you will have to exit to try all the colors. Sim 4: Harbor was the first sim I was able to get into. Keep trying to get in gang, and have fun! The Events runs until the 28th.
