The Future Has Bite

In the future, we'll soar high,

With drones and cyborgs to amplify

our strength, our speed, and our might,

That Nosferatu will have them too,

They'll fly with drones and wield AI,

Their power and influence, we can't deny.

With cyborg enhancements, they'll be swift,

Their fangs and claws, a deadly gift,

A force to be reckoned with indeed,

As they hunt and prey and make us bleed.

So take heed, my friends, and be aware,

The future holds a new nightmare,

Not just humans, but Nosferatu too,

Using technology to do what they do.

And I'm back with the next Midnight Order themed image, this time it's Cyber and Vampire! I got very into this making this image, does it show? It was fun to put together. (Thanks for the help, Akira!) Its been awhile since I did cyber, and of course I just love the NK Aranyc Back Alley fangs implants, they are the inspiration for this image. They are on sale at Midnight Order, which covers all themes dark, including cyber. Also from Midnight Order are the haunting Twinkle Eyes from Mana, and the Squirrel Hair by Zao. The hair is not rigged and comes with a popup menu to resize. In the background are the lovely Batmasks by Antaya. I love them! The statue models are none other than the brilliant Cyborg Heads by Whats Lost Spiritis. The Station Omega Base Kit skybox is on sale at Mainframe by The Eschaton. It has a clever auto alignment tool for building your hallway settings. The screens in the back are from Linkrave, and the screen is tintable. The Poem above was a collaboration with Chat GTP. I told it what I wanted, and made it try and try again. 14 times before the AI cut me off. lol So many had little lines that were great, but others were nonsensical. Too fun.

Necrotize: The Dance of Death

STORYLINE: Astronaut Purple was dozing off at his post on the Coms. It was sterile and empty in space. He missed strange things like bugs. He smiled thinking of his lazy summer childhood days back on Earth. When he stepped outside, insects would fly away. Living things were everywhere. His mind drifted to sinister buzz of the bug-zapper on his father’s back porch. And then, it turned into the hum of the spaceship. His eyes snapped open. He was not alone. That’s when he noticed a strange dark figure in the security cameras. Was he hallucinating? He rubbed his eyes and looked again. It was gone. Probably nothing. He sighed. Nothing exciting ever happened here. Suddenly the door hissed open. Standing there was a beautiful, deadly, and strangely seductive alien. He jumped from his chair, knocking it over, his heart racing. She moved towards him in an erotic motion, inviting him to a dance. He felt like moth to her flame. Its a dream, right? She touched his leg, and electric shock jolted up and down his body. He could see his own bones glow inside his legs. The zap boomed in his head, it was deafening. He felt like he was falling. Like a unexpected power outage, everything flickered to darkness. ... Surely this was a dream.

This image originally was inspired by Fantastical Notion's First Emissary avatar. It was unusual and interesting, and it grew into a ghost Astronaut. Then it took a twist into a deadly galactic dance between a Xenomorph and Astronaut. I couldn't find a location that worked for this image, so I switched to creating a background. More items shown on the "Ghostnaut" are the Val'More Machina legs. They are not rigged so I posed them for this image. For the face is the Conviction Mutant eyes, and TF mort veins. Contraption put two excellent items on discount at the event, animesh Powerjammer spine, and Grymmer vest. On a side note, The X-ray effect I created by breaking apart the Cureless Skeleton and adding props to spine, ribcage, and legs, and using the Body Outline by Euthanasia. On the Zenomorph is the awesome shiny and scary NCHRGX outfit by Human Glitch. The freaky demonic wings are by DarkendStare's R'Lyeh. The dark skin by Petrichor has cool details like red spots, I especially loves the spots around the ears, I have never seen that before. The super shiny & bumpy detail on the skin is the material shine by This Is Wrong. Her cyber eyes and glossy lips are by Suicidal Unborn.

Aengima: Dreadful Depths: Reach of the Octopus

STORYLINE: Hidden in the dark, a dangerous stealthy predator waited, his many tentacles coiled ready to snatch his prey out of the open ocean. He was about to take down a Great White Shark that dared to stray into his territory when suddenly a school of tiny female Dumbo Octopus surrounded him. He waved his arms to shoo them away, but the girls seemed to be quite smitten with him, latching on him with their tiny cute little arms. But one of them was too nervous and accidentally inked. She was so embarrassed she hid in his coils.

Night of the Tentacle! This post was inspired by the animesh Tentacle prosthetics by Clover at the Mainframe event, and the many goodies at Aengima: Dreadful Depths. The tentacle themed tattoo is by Lilthe. The bubbles and adorable Dumbo Octopus is by Naminoke. From Gorsimi is the face makeup and tentacle necklace. Other tentacle themed goodies, from Immersion are the bento hand membranes, and Octopus hair by Weather or Not.

Aengima: Dreadful Depths: The Crab Guardian

STORYLINE: Down below the murky depths, where only glints of sunlight reach, lay a secret. It had been hidden from human eyes for ten millennia. The sunken capital of the Merfolk, Atlantis. But times were changing. Humans now had contraptions for exploring underwater. And one particular human, Captain Nemo of the Nautilus, was a real headache for Nectes, the Crab guardian of the city. No matter what diversion, or camouflage he used, the Nautilus was on the hunt for treasure like a shark smelling blood in the water. "What's a crab to do?" he sighed. Then an idea hit him, -- a boobytrap! He happened to have a rather nasty little baby kraken. It was perfect. The humans would never bother them again!

Aengima's current round is the Dreadful Depths, underwater steampunk. It brings to my mind tales like 2000 Leagues Under the Sea. As a kid, it was one of my favorite rides at Disney World. So the inspiration for this image is an old Disney ride, and cool things from Aengima like the Cinphul's crustacean-like armor. The armor comes in 4 different texture varieties, male and female, with legs unrigged, and rigged for popular mesh bodies. The treasure chest with a nasty surprise is by Guhit.  And the merfolk tattoo is by Lilthum.

STORYLINE:  BUZZ ....  BUZZ ....  I'm detecting a strange anomaly in the Matrix.  Error 404.  Program shutting down.  Begin system maintenance.  ....  Diagnostics report: a Bug in the system. WASP ID1014.

I love me some Cyber. If you are like me, you are going to get your Cyber Fix at the current round of Mainframe. Its stuffed full of badass stuff. This image was inspired by the creepy WASP wings and Antennae by Haro. The wings come in either Bento or Animesh. They are animated and have a nasty Wasp buzz noise that makes me jump every time I hear it. The matching Anennae are a gift, and both WASP items come with a hud to change textures. Also at Mainframe is the KMH CP004 hair that works nicely for men and women. The Cyber sword is from the gacha by Jeys. The amazing background is motherboard wall by Strange Merchant. I'm wearing the Graves bodysuit, its made for girls, but really if you cover the upper torso, it will work just fine. I love Graves outfits, they are so handy for layering. The top I'm wearing is a sweet gift I picked up at SL17B by ZED. The mask is by A&Y.  And yes, I know. I know... It's driving me crazy too, the nose is showing! But hey, Mr WASP is not doing safe pandemic mask wearing ok, he's a bug.

The Fall of Prince Ravenna, 2

STORYLINE: Suddenly, a fiery serpentine dragon roared down the great hall of Castle Ravenna. The chains wrapped around its body glowed and dripped to the stone floor like lava from a volcano. Its bellows shook the stained glass windows. "Fool! I cannot be bound! My magic does not create beauty where none exists. It brings inner beauty to the surface for all to see." It's sharp claws encased Prince Ravenna. "You can not force me to give upon you the same blessing as the child Snow White." It's grip tightened, "but if that's what you want, that's what you shall have." A fiery glow swirled around them. When it was done the dragon's symbol was branded to the Prince's flesh and the beauty of his youth restored. "Now be careful," it said with a smirk, "least your wicked deeds ruin your pretty face."
