Fantasy Faire: The Sea Dragon's Adventure

STORYLINE: Kaiju, a young Sea Dragon, had been enjoying gem-combing on the ocean floor with his pet Sharkpoo when he heard the laughter of 3 women. He had never seen a mermaid before, and now there were three! He forgot all about collecting gems. The girls were so cute and excitedly talking about a great gathering of mythical creatures. He stalked them, always keeping himself well hidden. But once they were in open ocean, he couldn't hide anymore. They screamed. He screamed. And after many awkward apologies and reassurances he didn’t intend to eat them, he was invited to swim along on the journey to the Fantasy Faire! He was so excited. He looked up at the rippling surface of the water, and wondered what amazing sights he would see.

ITS FANTASY FAIRE TIME! I have a confession to make, of all the years I have created characters for the faire, this guy is my favorite. He just looks amazing.  I took so many pictures, it was hard to pick only one. lol (Bonus image is below). His creation was inspired by the many fun and beautiful merfolk items at the Faire. For this post I would like to highlight, a New-to-me-store, Tonkatihead. The store is on the Isles of Aquarius sim, and is full of cute and adorable creations that really give that fun festival feel like  whale shark balloons, waving sharks, ... it was just so much fun. And its not animesh, so the land impact is pretty low.  The dragon in Seadragon is proviced by the Ambix Geode Dragon Horns, Animesh tail, and dragon bento wings. They come with a hud to change out the textures. For the tail and Wings, just right click them to bring up a menu to change the animations or for static poses. For the body tattoos, I layered the fun Forest Fantasy Store's Jellyfish with Soul's Agamidae. The colorful mohawk is by Ni.Ju and comes with a texture hud for a wide range of colors. The bang can be repositioned, and its Mod. The hair bases are also mod and come in a variety of styles. The gemstone earrings are by Vortech. I so wanted to get a great image of the Aii Riptide mertail, but it was tricky to show so many things at once. You see it in the bonus image below. The tail comes with a lot of textures, has animations built in and if you right click it, you can pick animations, and a great bonus the alternative  hip style. Its wonderful and has fits for all the major mesh bodies, male and female. This is the Best Male Mertail to date!

Necrotize: The Laughing Aliens

STORYLINE: The Guardian wrapped his arm around his best spy and laughed. "Wonderful work, Agent Tri, the humans are running away! Did you hear how loud that last one screamed when my children hatched?" The aliens both roared with laughter. "You were correct, Tri. the Hairless Apes could not be reasoned with, none of our numerous warnings to avoid the Plague Nebula were heeded. Terror is the only true language lower lifeforms understand. I will pass this valuable information to the Queen should we have any trouble with Terrians again."

Happy Alien Celebration Day! Well, in their corner of the universe anyway. lol This big Necrotize finale today was inspired by the BeSpoke Centipede mesh head and the idea I had for the series. I hope you enjoyed it! Aarya is here with me as we collaborated at break neck speed on the last Team Blogger Bat image. Head over to her blog for more details on what she is wearing. For the Centipede head, I took the alien's look in a radically different direction. I added teeth, and tongue. The glasses and crown are by Evil Baby. I really wanted to use the Static Hexxus hands, so I pulled a little trick so I could, I wore Maitreya hand on Jake body and hid the seam with the A&Y arm Boosters. (UPDATE: Static has added male fits and flat chest to Hexxus, you can find it on the marketplace, link included below) The Tail on the left is Ambix's Serrated Tail. And the cool statue in the back is Zone88's Cyborg Escape.

Necrotize: An Impostor Among Us

STORYLINE: The PA system of The Skeld suddenly crackled to life, "Emergency! Emergency! Meeting Called!" Crewmate Pink rushed down the spaceship hallway. Not again... not another death. First was Purple, then Yellow, and now... ? She was so lost in her thoughts that she ran right into crewmen Blue. A monstrous tongue whipped out of a gaping hole in his belly right at her. She screamed. BANG! BANG! BANGBANG! Bullets ricocheted off metal. She ducked and covered her head. After the smoke cleared, she heard heels clicking towards her. "Is he dead?," she shyly asked. The heels stopped. It was Cyan, "You mean IT. Blue died a long time ago. And you're welcome." She put her gun back into it's holster. Green kicked off Blue's helmet to reveal the skeletal remains hidden inside. White gasped, "That's not possible! Blue was with me in engineering the whole time! He couldn't have been dead!" Red sighed, "Of course its possible. How long have we been without oxygen? With these stupid helmets on, none of us can even see each other! We have no idea how long he was like.... that," she shuddered. "Umm... guys," Black began slowly. "If Blue was in engineering, who sabotaged the oxygen so we needed to wear helmets?"  They all looked at each other suspiciously, and slowly backed away. Among them was another alien, if not more....

Necrotize is open to fill your Halloween with creepy Scifi horror.  If you haven't guessed already, this image was inspired by the game "Among Us," the animated Maw from Ambix, and the many super cool alien and astronaut boots available at Necrotize. (Be sure to check out the Cinphil and Cureless boots with male fits!) The event looks like the alien mothership from the nightmares of H.R. Giger. You have got to go check it out. STORYLINE: The siren of Insilico, Ferah, had a little stalker problem. But that was before she hired a nearly indestructible SAW 655 cyborg. No one dared get close to her now when he was on the job. 

Aarya and I teamed up for this last Mainframe shot. It's always so much fun collaborating with her. We bounced ideas, coordinated on camera angles, poses and windlights. She took the pictures and I edited in photoshop a blend of 5 windlights while she was sleeping. Then I shot Insilico to drop in a background and sent her the pieces to use however she wishes. Hey, its so true "Two Heads are better than one." I hope we can team up again in the future.

Let me just tell you this.. the cinphul Mongrel Saw is badass. It has many moving parts. No one will come near you, but be careful you don't slice off a leg or anything. lol  I am also wearing the helmet by Ghost Bullet + Sugerhigh. its mod so you edit the shape and drop in tints. The Butanik83 Wings have on are actually a tail. I know, I'm crazy. But its so cool I wanted to show it. The pants are by Inkrane and come with alpha hud to change texture and alpha out the lower area with socks, for a better fit with boots.
