Tempus Pillage: WW2 Raid

STORYLINE: Tempus Pirate Herschel Hertz built a nice life for himself traveling back in time. He "borrowed" key pieces of history to sell to eager collectors on the black market. But instead of counting all his platinum bars, he should have studied his history a little more. When he landed on the deck of the Battleship Yamato, looking like some kind of fashion mashup of warring nations.... Well, he was just glad his crew of grumpy salvagers rescued him before he was buried up to the neck in sand to roast in the hot Pacific sun.

Death Row has released lot of sweet new goodies. This cool captain's hat works great for men and women. It comes with a hud to change the texture on the front metal plate. (I went with the skull and crossbones.) The bullet belt for men is one solid obj so it's easy to scale it to fit your shape or outfit. The details are great! The steam gloves comes in 3 colors, and include a resize script for x, y, and z scaling so you can get a perfect fit easily. The outfit by Phunk I got for Madpeas Mad City Film Noir look, but it also works great for WW2 looks. It's a complete outfit with coat, shoes, shirt, fedora, and cigarette or you can just wear the trenchcoat alone.

Time Pirate Hertz has a sweet cache weapons and they are all free from SciLab. That right, everything you see here is completely free. And that includes my favorite zombie hunting rifle. There is more in the gift box I didn't show here, a mesh bunny avatar, a castle, male and female armor outfits, and more. Such an awesome gift. All his new things are original mesh and really cool.

News Event: Halloween at RMK Gothic

Nobody throws a party like the talented folks at RMK Gothic. This is a "Must Do." It's not only just a Hunt for awesome prizes, its a Major Event with a lot of fun and games! You'll love it. Grab your partner and buddies and head over to RMK Gothic. You'll have a great time!

You begin your journey in the garden. Touch the storybook at the landing point for the HUD to start a quest to get back something very important to you that was stolen by a naughty spirit. Find the StoryTeller ghosts throughout the sim. Each ghost will send you on a quest. Some are easy, some take practice to get right (like skydiving), and some will have searching all over the sim tiny ghosts or pumpkins. There are 20 quests in all, each one is different. Once you complete a mission, you get a piece of what was stolen from you. 17 prizes are randomly dropped with gifts for girls and guys. And by the last quest, you will have earned a cool skeleton avatar! Dev highly recommends this event with two thumbs up.

BONUS: Devi's hunt tips:
1) Convert your avatar to the provided ghost one. You will be able to hunt much faster and combat sim lag since this is a hugely popular event and many people are there.
2) Take a friend, or make friends. Some challenges require two people to complete.
3) A wearable translator Hud will help you talk to non-English speaking people at the event.
4) If the sim is full, try coming in a less busy time such as 3pm SL.
5) If you run into trouble because of lag, go ahead and complete all quests. Use the white "POST" box next to the storyteller book at the landing. Be sure to keep your Hud! Event organizers will help you. Also the full skeleton is available on last quest.

On Black Caesar

1700s. Black Caesar, according to traditional accounts, was a prominent African tribal war chieftain. Widely known for his "huge size, immense strength, and keen intelligence," he evaded capture from many different slave traders. Caesar was finally captured, but escaped into Florida Keys and began a life of piracy. For nearly a decade, he raided shipping from the Florida Keys and later served as one of Captain Blackbeard's chief lieutenants aboard the Queen Anne's Revenge. Caesar's Rock, one of three islands located north of Key Largo, is the present-day site of his original headquarters and named in his honor.

She would then immediately kill all aboard the ship and sail to sea.

Battle of the Hades Archetypes

When not capturing people to drag to their gloomy underworld, these two similar Hades Heroes sharpen their claws on each other to finally decide who is more epic: L from "Death Note" as a Shinigami, or Ulquiorra from "Bleach" as an ex-Hallow.
